You can log in with an eligible Domestic & General plan number and postcode or a pre-registered email address.
Not every plan purchased from Domestic and General will be eligible, only those on the Whirlpool warranty scheme. To check if your plan is eligible, please contact D&G on 0800 597 8585.

Your plan/policy number can be found on your documents and must be active on the date of log in.

If you have not already registered your email address with SmartCare Rewards you will need to log in with your plan number and postcode in the first instance. You will then be able to register your email via the My Account page and set a password.

Smartcare Rewards is a loyalty discount scheme for Domestic and General plan holders on the Whirlpool warranty scheme. You will earn Rewards and the value of these is the equivalent to £1 in Reward value for every £1 paid in fee for qualifying plans. (see full terms and conditions for more details).
For example if you have a plan of £50, then you will get £50 in SmartCare rewards.Your Rewards can be used against the purchase of any appliance available on the www.smartcarerewards.co.uk website, subject to the terms and conditions of the SmartCare Loyalty Scheme. We set a maximum allowed reduction in price for each appliance on the site, which varies from 10% to 50% off the original price. Your rewards can then be used to reduce the original price up to the maximum allowed reduction.

Once you have logged in your Rewards total can be viewed both on the home page and in the My Account section.

The online prices available through SmartCare Rewards are personalised to you.
Original Price - We begin by setting an original price for all our appliances. This price includes delivery of your new appliance and is the price you would pay before any SmartCare Rewards are used.
Rewards Used - this is the maximum value of SmartCare Rewards you can use on this appliance. We set a maximum allowed percentage reduction in price. The percentage will not be less than 10% or more than 50% of the appliance's value.
Your Price - this is the price you pay after the Rewards Used has been deducted from the Original Price. Payment can be made via Credit, Debit card or Paypal

SmartCare will automatically work out the discount saving and reduce your rewards (Rewards Used).The remaining balance (Your Price) will need to be paid on-line via a debit or credit card or Paypal.
You might not be able to use all of the rewards in one go to reduce the cost of an appliance. You may have rewards leftover which you can use towards another appliance or save for a future purchase. As you renew your D&G plans, your SmartCare rewards will grow.

Your points are valid while you have a live eligible SmartCare plan. Don't worry if you have not spent all of your rewards, they will accumulate as long as you continue to renew your Domestic and General plans.
Should a plan be terminated or cancelled then you will not be able to redeem SmartCare Rewards issued in respect of that plan and any rewards already issued will become void.

This is awarded to all SmartCare plan holders who have had a recent repair, as a thank you for using our services.

If you wish for the product to be delivered to an alternative UK address you simply need to enter the required delivery address at the checkout stage.

All appliances on the Smartcare website come with free standard delivery. If the chosen appliance is in stock you will be presented with available dates at checkout stage so that you can choose your preferred day. If the appliance is out of stock you can proceed to place the order and we will contact you by phone to arrange delivery once stock becomes available.

You have the option to pay for removal of your old appliance and connection if required.Once you have added an appliance to your basket, available services and their charges will be displayed. You can then select any required services at this point before proceeding to checkout.

Eligible plan holders can redeem a complimentary WPRO care pack, to help maintain their appliance.
Simply click on the orange banner at the top of the Home Page and then choose from the available options. Once you have chosen your care pack click on the orange Complete your Order button to proceed. Care Packs are delivered completely free of charge.
